Ok I know a lot of people talk about their writing and all...well I found these neat little blocks (used for stamping) I bought all of them for 5.00! you can't really tell it in the pics but they are about 2 " long and they are very raised (both capital and lower case letters.) along with the other little stampers...they are all raised and reversed, SOOOO great to use on cakes icon_smile.gif. Just wanted to share with ya!

I have a cake that is due on Friday Java and I am using the big block letters as they look EXACTLY like the print on the logo that I am using icon_biggrin.gif the picture doesn't do these things justice, the two "sheets" of stamps are raised just as much as the big blocks...and the one little block has 6 different designs on it....I just thought they would work really well to imprint designs ...good for people like me who can't draw freehand to save my life icon_sad.gif

I had a bunch of them in my cart when I went to Walmart a couple of weeks ago, but I put them back because I was already spending over $100 on cake related stuff and didn't want DH to have a fit in a half.

Next time........

I've seen the raised blocks at Michaels and walked right past them. I personally use different tools from other decorating mediums to find the right tool for what ever project I am working on.

My Michael's has a bin of the 6 sided blocks with different designs... I was wondering how they would do with Fondant or iced cakes, but have been spending so much money on the basics that I have left them on the shelf.

Please let us know how the letter look after using... Erasers are for paper... not cake! icon_confused.gif
