It is a PBS broadcast here in Ohio..but where I am our two PBS networks don't carry it. So I can't help you about it, but I wish I could see it some time.
I have Dish Network and watch DIY all the time. I have yet to see a cake decorating show on there. I really wish there was though. I could use lots of help. I did see on line that wilton has a cake decorating show that I can't wait to check out. Here is the web page that you can check and see when the show is airing in your local area.

I'd really like to watch that, but it isn't available in my area?
I just watched it and it's different. It seems "cheaply" made. Older shows maybe. I watched the wedding one and they jumped all over just barely touching the different aspects of it. Not something I'd tune into every week that's for sure. I found decorating the plates more informative than the cake decorating part.
I've seen the shows. They are a bit old. I have seen it a couple of years ago, and then they repeat them on DIY. There are only I think 5 episodes in the series. It must of not been popular. I was excited at first about the shows, but I didn't learn anything new. They show things that you basically learn in your Wilton classes.
Hopefully soon, their will be a cool show out there on cakes and decorating.
I hope one comes out soon too. On this one, one second he's piping a few lines for a royal icing leaf, then jumps to the border for a second and then a commercial. No description of the type of tips he's using. Comes back and he's icing a cake to put fondant on it. Fondants already rolled out, doesn't explain thickness or anything for that matter. Good thing we know these things already or we'd have really been lost. LOL. Glad I got cc to rely on if I have questions or want to learn a new technique.
It's on DIY right now in my area. I don't know much about cake decorating, yet, but even I was bored watching these shows.
