For some reason some of the pics I have wanted to comment on, I can't? I know there isn't a contest right now. Anyone else having this problem? detective.gif hmmmm

Few weeks ago there was an option where the person that posted the photo had the option of whether he/she wants people to make comments or not..because in the past some people were not happy with some comments.

I think this was turned on for me. I have change the option but I don't know if it will change on my picture.
