I had a bad day at work. 
I started working at a new bakery recently, and it's one of the best places in town. I'm really happy and proud to be working there and learning a lot.
But today it was like I couldn't do anything right. I don't know what's wrong with me! I am so frustrated with myself.
The worst part is that I started crying when I was alone in the back doing dishes. Then I bent down to put a pot on the rack and whacked my head on the side of the sink on my way back up. So then the tears just poured, and of course my boss walked up right then. I was a mess. I didn't want her to feel like I was crying over anything she'd said, so I just whimpered about hitting my head.
What a dork I am today! It happens to be that one day of the month where anything will make me cry, so being a screw-up all day did the trick.
ARG!!!

That happened to me!!!! I was crying in the kitchen and when I was going to straighten back up I hit my head with the cabinet, then I really cried, I was so mad and frustrated.... and no one to hug...............
SophieBelle - I have had those days. Its pretty rought to go thru. But look at what you have going. You are working at a bakery, MY DREAM. You keep your chin up & A smile on your face. I wish you the best of luck

Wow! I feel the same way! I just wish I worked at a bakery! I teach native american students science. I get tired of the kids threatening to scalp me! Its been like that all week. Its a good think it only lasted 1 day and it was a friday! Yahoo! go home and relax girl! youve earned it! 
Well if you kept the tears instead of crying you'd rust from the inside out.

Sounds like a case of the first day jitters. I got them a few times during my tenure in the world of the employed. It will be better tomorrow.

I made coffee for the DH this morning and realized 2 hours later I made him decaf, I called him, he said, that's why I'm in such a slow gear!
Then I take my youngest to the gym and the button on my maternity pants broke! uhm! Then my son shares a fruit snack with me and I lose a filling. My dentist will see me on Monday, he said no sweets this week-end.... ARHG what I am going to do I want my chocolate bunny!
So enjoy the rest of you day, have some chocolate for me! It will be better tomorrow and I am sure someone else had a worse day than both of us combined!

Aaaww Sophie, I'm sorry you had such a bad day, if I were nearby I'd give you a hug. I think it just all built up and it didn't take much to bring it all out. Now you have released some of that stress, time to start anew. It will smooth out and before you know it you will be an old pro at your job and they will be asking for your advise and opinion..
