i was wondering if anyone could tell me how i should start placing buttercream sweet peas on a wedding cake cascading down the side i am new to cake decorating and this will be my second wedding cake
what do you mean??
where you sould start?? top or bottom first??
or where you should place them?
If I was doing it I would start from the top and work my way down. I tend to be a clutz and I would hit the cake and ruin it ![]()
Anyone else????

If you are working from The top down would That not increase the chance of you accidentally swiping the ones out have already made on top?
LOL... I'm just jokiing.. LOL...
I would start at the top and cascade down like Shelby mentioned, this way the flower placement would be better I suppose. Just be careful not to swipe the ones you have already made.

Cake Princess.... You are a riot!! LOL ![]()
If you plan on using buttercream sweetpeas, I would freeze them before placing on cake rather than air drying. They will be easier to handle. Just my two cents! ![]()
