Well, my son turns 4 this month and his preschool has a day set aside every month for the "birthday party day" with a sign up sheet for the parents and, of course, I signed up for the cupcakes in like January!!
Here is how they turned out--any advise would be greatly appreciated... all and all I was pretty happy with it... I wish the tower was a bit more colorful, but I'll know next time...
There are 12 kids in the class and every cupcake represents the child and has their name on them...
I got the idea from the new Wilton Cupcake book...
This is so cool, I bake out of my kitchen and I can take stuff to my youngest's in home daycare, but you cannot take homebaked goods to school. This would be soo cool.
Great Job.
you ask for advice??? YOU should be giving US advice!
these are just darling!!!! the kids will adore them!
These cupcakes are just adorable and I think you did an outstanding job on them.
But since Ace of Cakes has been on TV I'd think out-of-the-box for the next birthday party and try to figure out how to make this on a cupcake holder that spins like a ferris wheel. Perhaps you DH could build a frame for you. Oh my, way too much television!!!!!! Love them like they are.
OMG cookie4... that's too funny! I don't think my TV is on anything but the Food Channel (other than Monday Night's Prison Break). Wish they had more cake/cookie shows though!
Waiting for one of the CC members to post a pic of exactly what you just mentioned. Bets on who does it?
Sorry Lybby2000. Got carried away when I read Cookie4 reply
