I put them in a covered bowl, put in the fridge and add more eggs and milk the next day to make scrambled eggs for my daughter. I hate to waste them too!

I have a sugar cookie recipe that calls for yolks only. I also use them to make a batch of the RICHEST homemade egg noodles you've ever tasted!

Make creme brulee, bread pudding, pastry cream, etc... I usually end up with more whites instead of yolks when I am done baking.

I make myself an aweful-smelling deep conditioner every other week or so--egg yolks, beer, olive oil, and mayonaise....avacodos if I have any that went a little brown before I could use them. I just mix it all together, slather it through my hair, wrap my head in some saran wrap, and go about my business. Mine usually stays on for about an hour, depending on what I'm doing, then I rinse it out and shampoo a couple of times to get rid of the smell! LOL Sounds gross, but my hairdresser insists that I have the healthiest hair he's ever seen, even though I dye it at least once a month! icon_smile.gif

I freeze mine in containers with 3 yolks in each one. The choc cake I always make requires 3 whole eggs and 3 yolks, so this works out for me.

LOL, I sure hope you're joking about an egg yolk being a chicken embryo! icon_confused.gificon_lol.gif

I throw mine away. Eggs are cheap, and freezer space is tight. icon_smile.gif

Even when a cake calls for whites only, I use whole eggs. WASC? Yummy! Not yellow cake, not white, but yellow in color with a rich taste.
