Ok everyone, i finally have some cookies to put on my website. Gee, i never imagined they'd be so time consuming!!!
Anyway they are in the galleries for anyone interested.

Nati, your cookies are truly beautiful.

I just love those placecards! Very, very nice. And the monograms are my favourites too!

You should be really proud of these....they're awesome!

I am new to this site, Your photos are absolutely beautiful I love everything you do. I am trying to self teach myself. There are no classes around here. There are no instructors.Thankyou for the inspirational photos!

Yes, most were covered in fondant. I will do some in Royal icing soon, i baked a mountain of cookies, but didnt get to decorate even half of them. It is very time consuming : )

1 sugar to 1/2 water. Has to be thick. : )

Wow! Your cookies are top-of-the-line IMO. You have a gorgeous gallery of photos posted and I'm sure everything is even more elite in person. Your idea for having a day to decorate cookies with a friend sounds like fun. I might have to try that one day soon.

Your cookies are beautiful..that's what I meant about using Fondant as icing..they come out very beautiful and you can do almost anything with it. icon_smile.gifI also use Fondant to ice my cookies...you can never go wrong with it..NO waiting, NO mixing, NO piping and NO mess.. the texture is perfect and very smooth, and the edeges are sharp and clean. Very nice.. thumbs_up.gif good job ...[/b]
