Oh Squirrelly, It's times like this that our own problems seem so small, Thank you for letting us know, Since I am not married I skipped the thread
I would have never known a friend was in need of prayer.
Dear Lord,
I have a special prayer today. One of our dear friends has lost some one who is very dear to him and we ask that you help to ease his pain. We understand how hard things must be for him and especially at this time of year. We ask that you reach your mighty hand down and touch his life so that he can find his way with you as his guide. We ask that you walk beside him through his time of need, and we ask that you put it in the rest of our hearts to remember him during our prayer time. Please touch his heart and help it to heal. In unison we ask this in the name of Jesus,

Ken I do pray that you can move on with your life always keeping your dear wife in your heart but not letting your loss keep you from blossoming. Just let your mind tell your heart that she is with God walking hand in hand with the angels on the streets of gold.
