Pictures of my cakes because to be honest I don't think they can compete
with the beautiful cakes at CC,
Anyway my son and I went out for pizza the other day and I ran into a lady I know, She introduced us to the people at her table,One of the men
says 'Excuse me ,What did you say your name was?When I repeated 'Maxie .... He asked 'Are you MAxie the Cake Lady? Well I didn't
know what to say! Ijust nodded like an idiot, His wife then says '' You make amazing cakes,We are big fans''. I said ''Thank you very much.''
and kinda floated on home on a cloud.
I know it's not a big deal but Someone Knows Me!!!!!

It's just that three years I've been making cakes and this was the first time anyone associated me with them ( usually it's ''Ok just put it over there'')
I'm afraid I got a little carried away.

Hey kiddo, nothing wrong with posting about it at all, you likely just found your confidence kiddo! I find for the most part that the decorators who are the most humble are usually the biggest perfectionists and do wonderful work! So glad someone took the time to tell you what a great job you do!
