Great looking bow... can't see anything wrong with it ![]()
I can't see any problems either, nice bow and cake, the roses and all are so pretty too!
You can use melted candy melts instead or royal icing for the "blob", just thought I would mention that.
Did you use a hardening agent such as "Gum-tex" added to your fondant? Some fondants, like Wilton, already have some hardening agent added, but I still add about 2-3 tsp. per 10 ounces of fondant by weight. It helps the fondant loops hold their shape. I tend to make something like this, a week or two ahead of the date I need it for.

What a pretty bow!
You did a great job holding the bow loops together in the middle while hiding the blob of icing. At the bakery where I work, the bakery manager is very particular about her bows - she doesn't like anyone else doing them - but she makes a HUGE blob of icing in the middle to stick the loops into that squeezes out and shows real bad. Drives me up the wall!
I use as little as I can to hold them together. She tells me my way is better but then she always does it her way anyway. LOL, she should check yours out. It's beautiful.
