Ot Prayers And A Good Ear Needed

Good evening everyone! I need to bend your ear for a moment, I hope no one minds. My mother is having some health problems and just told me about it tonight. She has sworn me to secrecy and I feel like I am going to explode. I know broadcasting it on the internet is not exactly keeping a secret, however, the likelyhood of her finding out or someone knowing her from here is just slim to none.
Both of her parents died from bladder cancer, last year her sister was diagnosed with breast cancer, and she has been urinating blood for the last few days. She went to the doctor today and he is conserned and is sending her for a ultrasound in the AM.
I am a very strong believer in the power of prayer and my first instinct is just to ask for prayer from you all. I will keep you posted as to her condition. Thank you all! I am feeling better already.

Its allways hard to have to keep somthing like this locked inside so Im glad you shared this with us.....
When others have posted about hard times this site has really came together to pray for those in need .

Thank you everyone, for letting me vent. It feels better just seeing it in print, and knowing there are kind people out there what will take a minute out of their busy day to say a prayer for her. Thanks again!

Prayer is a powerful thing!!! I'm praying for your family. My mom was just diagnosed with breast cancer, so I know where you are right now.... worried sick. I will pray for peace for you.

I am glad that you trusted in the Lord enough to rely on prayer. Sometimes thats all that we can do, when it's totally out of our hands, Gods just wanting us to hand it to him and that's when he'll take over and deliver His perfect will.
