Hey , Is Elisa Stauss new book just going to be a cook book or is it going to have decorating? It's coming out May 2 !!

It looks like a cookbook to me, but probably has photos of some great cakes too. Maybe not instructions for making them.

You know, she'd be stupid not to put instructions how to make some of her cakes. That is what we want since she has some unique techniques that come from her work in the fashion industry and she also has classes. If she does a book w/ instructions she would not only sell more books, but would bring more people up to her classes in NYC.

I know, it is a little confusing that she calls it a "cookbook". I would think she'd do a how to book of her cake designs. Oh well, I'll probably buy it anyway.

i usually go to the bookstore check out the books first then buy them online because they are cheaper icon_razz.gif i hope she does have instruction that purse cake is great!

I knew she was writing a book and am so happy it will out soon! My birthday is May 2nd so I won't have a hard time remembering....and now know what to ask for! Thanks!

according to what her site said it does have instructions!!

also for anyone interested she does teach private classes and also has *parties* where she teaches minimum of 8 people at $100 a pop. icon_lol.gif

She also travels out of state but her travel and accomodations would have to paid for as well. icon_cry.gif

At least I have Nicholas Lodge down here!! YAY!!!
