TINA IF YOU NEED ANY ADVICE ABOUT THE ICE CREAM CAKES PLEASE BE SURE TO ASK ME. AFTER ALL, I DID THE ICE CREAM CAKE THING FOR 16 YEARS. THAT IS SO COOL. I CAN'T WAIT TO HEAR MORE. YOU SHOULD DO GREAT! TAKE ALL THE CLASSES THAT YOU CAN AND MAKE SURE TO KEEP US UPDATED! CATHY
How exciting for you! I hope everything goes as planned!
Hugs!
Tina...I am so excited for you! I would love for someone to send me for some classes. ![]()
As for the bus driving...do you know what age kids you will have yet??? I have so much respect for these bus drivers...I went on a field trip with my daughter's 2nd grade class...and had to go on the bus with them. The bus driver was so awesome the way she kept those kiddos under control!!! So...I guess my advice would be nice, but firm. I know you can do it!!! ![]()

Turtle...congrats!! Your God given talents are your cakes....and school bus driving happens twice a day on school days. I have a feeling God is telling you that you can do both! Who says you need a set schedule to decorate cakes....see if he'll let you schedule your own hours!! You can work around it!
Oh, ya'll are sooo sweetl!! Cathy, Traci & Ellen ya'll give me so much motivation!!
If the owners want me then I'm going to try to do both. If it gets to be too much well then I might have to quit one but I'll decide that if the time comes. If I keep up w/ the cake thing then I would have a summer job! Since I'll be a sub bus driver, subs don't get paid through the summer months or vacations. I don't know how I will keep my fingers out of the icecream & ganache!!! Icecream is my favorite!! Then chocolate. Yummy!!
Thanks Ya'll!!
