This is my very first buttercream cake - I never do them, I always use fondant however this was requested. Unfortunately it is 41 degrees today (106F) and I don't think that buttercream holds up as well as fondant. The accents and 21 are made from fondant also and the webbing drapping on the cake, hat and 21 is made from glucose and castor sugar. Thanks for looking and enjoy your day.
