It’s 12:30 in the afternoon, I am in Seattle, I need 4 dozen cupcakes delivered to Huddler headquarters in San Francisco by 4pm. What do I do? I frantically start dialing some very big-name cupcake companies in San Fran to see if they can do an emergency, short-notice delivery. I thought they would have the inventory and man-power. No Dice. I feel the cold sweat of panic start to wash over me. It is then that I remember a username from right here on Cake Central, FromScratchSF… SF.. as in San Francisco? I take a peek over at her user profile, then head over to her website beyondbuttercream.com, get her number and dial…

In less than 3 hours, and in the middle of her busy day, Jennifer Bratko whipped up 2 dozen vanilla, 1 dozen chocolate, 12 mini red velvet, and 12 mini German chocolate cupcakes, and had them delivered by 4pm to 525 Market St. (to the elation of the Huddler staff, I might add)
