Chai tea filling

This pairs beautifully with pistachio cake! (I add a package of pistachio pudding mix to yellow cake batter)

Chai tea filling

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Powdered chai tea mix
  • hot water
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

Instructions

  1. Mix chai powder in a small dish with just enough hot water to make a paste. Set aside.
  2. Beat cream until stiff.
  3. Mix in brown sugar and chai paste until well blended.

OMG! This is sooo good, I could eat it with a spoon by itself! Awesome mixed with IMBC too and with the pistachio cake, YUM!!!!

Love this! Made it with a Chai cake recipe and made Honey-Ginger IMBC to top it off- AMAZINGLY GOOD cupcakes! My hubby (the cake hater) downed 3 of them!
