This is my first order from someone whom I don't know. She emailed me to enquire.... thought since I enjoy this making and decorating cake, why not take up this new challenge.

Thanks for all your kind words. I cut half a 9" round cake and sandwich them together. Turn it up 90 deg and cover the cake with whipped cream and decorated. As for the fondant shoes, I got the instructions from socake sometime back (thank you). Here's what I did, cut out the sole (inner and outer), glue them together, hold it to form the curve of shoe. Thereafter I make the heel of the shoe and join it with sole, then cut a piece for front and back of shoe and glue them to the main frame.
