Now this is a really nice castle presentation. If this is your own design, you should think about writing down detail directions with a full supply list and publish it!

What did you put on the paper towel rolls to get the fondant to stick? Did you cover them in saran wrap first?

I still have never gotten an order for a castle cake; but I'm saving this in my favorites for future reference. Somebody asked you how you covered the paper towel rolls, could you reply to these comments about that?

I rolled them with fondant cut just slightly longer than the roll.Then I allowed them to dry for a few days.
