My daughter's nurse asked me to make this for her daughter's birthday. Boy, did I have fun with this one. Butter cake, ganache filling, Vanilla BC, Butter MMF accents, gum paste shoe. This was my 2nd heel for this shoe, I could NOT achieve what I was going for. The actual heel for the REAL shoe is 4-3/4" in. high & slightly thinner, but I already knew I couldn't do that. I just did the best I could with it. The white dots are done with a skewer dipped in White icing color (wilton). Thanks for looking.
