my first ever topsy turvy cake, made for a girls 17th birthday! Mom wanted bright colors, stars, shapes and it had to be topsy turvey! bottom layer is chocolate with cookies and cream filling, top layer is white with colored buttercream filling, all covered in MM fondant!
