This cake was inspired by a Barbie Cake my client found online. 3 Tiered cake covered in MMF. 14" tier is vanilla raspberry with vanilla buttercream, 10" tier is chocolate with hazelnut buttercream & top 6" tier is Orange Grand Marnier with orange buttercream. I was disappointed since the MMF started to bubble, but I only had 2 days to make it..so I did the best I could!
