Thanks to brea1026 for the great cake idea! I followed almost everything she did, except the border. Funfetti cake for the bottom tier, cake dummy on top (I wish I could get my corners that perfect), iced with buttercream, then covered with fondant. Elmo, balloons, bows all made of fondant with tylose. All other decorations are fondant, including all hand rolled balls. Thanks for looking! The birthday boy really enjoyed this!
