I had intended to make Mack be the cake, but I ran out of time and came up with this. The bottom is the cake and I resorted to sticking the original toy inspiration on top. I had made gum paste from a mix to use for Mack's trailer, but there wasn't enough and it wasn't dry enough, so those pieces became the road signs (I hot glued them to lollipop sticks). The rest is buttercream.
