I made this cake with so much love for my sweet niece. It is an 8" square cake, Macsmom's Creamsicle recipe (which is TDF everyone loved it), iced in buttercream with fondant decorations. Elmo, Mr. Noodle & Dorothy in her fish bowl are figures she can have and play with after the cake is gone. I used Americolor's edible markers to do the dots & stripes on the bow, "2" and balloon. So much fun, I love the colors on this one- TFL!
