I created this cake for a little girls 1st birthday, Both tiers are vanilla and all decorations are done in fondant. Smash cake to match. Candle is real and then covered in fondant for design. Darn thing kept wanting to lean to one side. Fluff around cakeboard was purchased at micheals. This design is an adaptation of a design i saw on the internet. Thanks for looking.
