Just for fun practice 6" cake, tried Sugar Shack's buttercream and icing method for the first time on this cake and it went pretty well, there is definitely room for improvement. The worst part was the icing nearly whipping out of my kitchenaid, I was a nervous wreck! This was also my first time making the ball border & a fondant bow which didn't turn out like I expected but wasn't a total disaster. I'm going to try to raffle the cake off at work tomorrow. TFL!
