9" Vanilla-Infused delicate Chiffon Cake layered with handmade fresh strawberry creme with chunks of fresh strawberries then frosted in decadent vanilla buttercream. 7" rich, moist, chocolate fudge cake layered with bittersweet chocolate buttercream. Rocket is hand carved from 2 6" Vanilla-Infused Chiffon Cakes. Cakes covered and details done with Pettinice fondant. Characters are actual toys and were a perfect fit. I wish the "1" had come out differently and that it was cleaner around the drapery...oh well - the cake was fun to do!
