Made this for myself to take to work. It is Double Chocolate cake with 2 layers of chocolate bavrarian cream and 1 layer of cherry pie filling. covered with chocolate buttercream. It was very rich. Firast time I have gotten my impression mat to work. Used a coupon to buy the impression mat by wilton.
