Wow! I have so much respect for all who do castle cakes....this was so hard! I've never done a square cake and never tiered a cake. The top tier smushed the bottom one and made it crooked. My daughter loved it and it was soooo yummy! WASC with hazelnut mousse and the top cake was cherry butter with cherry perserve filling. Got the idea from many other CCers.
