Lady Of Elegance
This was a cake done for a "Lady of Elegance" as her family called her, so hence the name for the cake. She was turning 50 so I chose 5 butterflies for each decade of her life, they wanted butterflies and purple on a chocolate cake... so I used chocolate pettince and RBC purple flowers. Fun cake, but NO fun to travel with.
