Martin's Over The Hill

This is two 11x15 sheet cakes - white with BC frosting. Road is fondant. The signs are gum paste with edible imagine attached. The trees are large pretzel sticks with BC branches/leaves. The bike is plastic found at local cake shop. The rider is 50/50 gum paste/fondant. This was a fun cake to make - lost of brain storming. This is the second cake to follow the buzzard cake so b-day boy would not guess about the surprise party this cake was for!!
