This is a 12 inch square chocolate mud cake covered and piped with chocolate ganache. It was my first time using ganache and I was happy with the results. I'm not so scared of it now!! I'm usually more of a fondant girl! The writing is royal icing and I put on some fresh strawberries (which were very yummy by the way - I love leftovers!!)
