First time to use FBCT and LOVED it! Did learn that the transer needs to be a bit thicker but otherwise loved the outcome and will use it again.
Yellow sheet cake, all bc frosting.
Actually I use the Snowhite BC from the wilton merengue can but I tweak it with real butter. Usually use 1 C Crisco and 1 stick butter in place of just crisco. Gives it a much better flavor. I also add a little almond extract instead of butter flavor (can't stand that stuff!). My customers seem to love my frosting so I keep at it! Thank for all the great comments. I just have fun with it all! P.S. I did use the red Wilton tube frosting (yuck!) as I didn't have enough coloring to make my own.
