Asked to do a topsy turvy cake, by someone who likes to challenge me! I used black fondant (chocolate fondant colored black) on bottom tier with MMF accents, but my black urned crumbly when I was trying to cover 2nd tier so I made black -chocolate buttercream, with fondant accents, box is foam covered in gumpaste, and top flames are metalic tissue paper.
