Cake was actually done for a baby shower. Individual wanted duplicate of my last cake, but square. My first buttercream covered square cake.......not too bad for my first time, but need much more practice to get those sharp side edges. Bottom tier was white chocolate cake with strawberry cheesecake filling, middle tier was strawberry cake with cream cheese filling and top tier was vanilla cake with chocolate cookies n cream filling. All decorations were marshmallow fondant and bow is gumpaste. TFL!
