So today I turn the big 40 !! I wanted a cake that was big and crazy much like me! Bottom tier is chocolate fudge with lemon BC, middle is lemon sponge with chocolate ganache and top is chocolate raspberry with fudge BC. After eight mint squares around the base of each tier and chocolate shards (which I made with my Girolle Ruffler - fantastic bit of kit if you work with lots of chocolate). Cake topper is meant to be a fondant representation of me but slightly resembled a blow up doll ha ha LOL
