I made a practice birthday cake for my nephew. It could also be used as a bridal shower cake. It is a neopolitan cake (strawberry, chocolate, and white layers) covered in almond flavored buttercream. My students and teachers at my school said it was very good. I will be making another cake for a birthday party on Sunday.
