The all flowers were made using renshaw gumpaste The hummingbirds were made with modeling chocolate The bark was all hand painted and carved The butterflies were renshaw gumpaste rolled insanely thin. The bride and groom absolutely loved it.
The hammerhead body is cake the tail and fins are modeling chocolate. The base is a 1/4 sheet cake topped with jello the teeth and modeling chocolate. The eyes are isomalt and the seaweed is wafer paper and gelatin and the shells are chocolate. Thanks for looking

This was a big cake. Her hair was made with rice noodles. Her head, arms and hands were made from fondant and her fingernails are gumpaste. The rest is cake!
