Hi! I'm Amy. I'm a passionate home baker currently residing in Hanoi, Vietnam, where I haven't met anyone who has a sweet tooth, except myself. My love for sweet baked goods probably started from back when I was living in the US in my teenage years. You know, you just can't live in the US and not want to eat all of their abundant sweet treats, cakes, and pies, and cookies, and whatnots. I started baking for real only about 6 months ago. There's still a lot to learn. And I hope to improve through a lot of practice. That's the only way I know all those burned cookies and rock hard sponge cakes did not go to waste.
