lots of experimentation on this one! fondant definitely isn't my best medium, i can't get it smooth. especially the top cake is so lumpy! i used mmf for this cake. carved to get the whimsy look. i'm pretty happy with my ribbon roses though.

isn't he adorable??? chocolate transfer monkey. words written in chocolate.i find it much easier to write with chocolate that with buttercream. cream cheese filling, chocolate cake, frosted with pastry pride. i wonder if that's too many flavors in one cake? haha
