MAde for a Halloween BD party.
This is my halloween boo-kay. Ghost cookie in RI and 3 candy melts chocolate suckers. Cups found at Hobby Lobby and Wal-mart.
These were done for a monthly BD party. Pastel RI with wite RI accents and painted with Gold luster dust. Americolor painted flames.
Here are some of the halloween goodies: Ghoulish Eyeball Cake Truffles, Jack-O-Lanterns Marshmallows and Halloween Cookies Take-outs (8 cookies to match design of take-out box: candy corn or spiderwebs)
Added some "Fear Factor" candy--gummy worms and gummy eyeballs. The little boy loved it. Mom said "I knew you would come up with somethng." Ooooooh, I get a warm fuzzy feeling inside.
These were created to match the invitation (wish I had included it in the pic). They were hand-cut as I couldn't find a cutter for this shape. RI background, hand-painted body, then over-piped outline and hair with RI.
THese were made for a home pearl party. THe pearl bracelet cookies were made with a flip-flop cookie cutter and decorated with RI and luster dust. The petit fours were made with Kathy Scott's Tiffany Box petit four molds.
This cake was created for an engagement party--didn't know they did that! It is an 8" and 12" chocolate fudge cake with raspberry filling. Chocolate ganache dots. Adorned with sugared fruit.

Roll-out cookie recipe with royal icing. Don't let the shiny black fool you--it's still wet...LOL!
This cake was sculpted from 2 1/4 sheet cakes, 2 6" round cakes and one small oval (that comes in Wilton class II). BC frosting and gumpaste ears.
4-tiers of French vanilla cake with BC frosting and fondant pearls. Real roses on top and cascading down.
This is my popular "Jerry Cake" with a Texas Longhorn theme. The side longhorns are made in color flow. I hand-designed the topper as the birde didn't know what she wanted on top. The longhorns topper is out of gumpaste.
My oven has been out for 3 days but it's fixed now. Had major baking to start and was asked to babysit my 10 yr old niece and 4 yr old nephew. Gave them leftover cupcakes, leftover frostng, sprinkles, tootsie rolls and leftover RI flowers. Kept them busy and out of my hair for 45 minutes. YEA!!!!!
This is my favorite "last minute" design. When someone calls with "It doesn't matter, just make it pretty" order, this is the one I do. Misty green BC frosting with white cornelli lace and BC roses.
Cake frosted in buttercream. Accents are a combination of BC and Fondant.
Designed with the invitation and Thank You cards. Silhouette is color flow with fondant strip around bottom of each cake. Rest is buttercream. Not as smooth as I like it but I had a devil of a time getting the fondant strip on.
This cake was carved from a 1/4 sheet cake. Looked better before I frosted it. Horns should have been curved up. Longhorn cookies with royal icing.
Yeah--Baby booties for King Kong...LOL!!! These things were HUGE!!!! Made from eight 8" cakes (Used the 3" deep pans for the backs of the shoes and 2" pans for the front part). Buttercream frosting with Fondant strap. Thanks gabby for your inspiration and help. Needed to serve about 60 guests--I'm figuring they'll have abit more!

BC frosting (messed up on lst name had to re-do. Note to self, white frosting does not cover peach too well) with ready-mde gumpaste flowers.
