Barbie dress cake - chocolate cake with cookie dough icing. My daughter insisted that there needed to be a horse in the cake, so her white horse was transformed into a unicorn with a bit of gum paste and luster dust! Fairy wings and flowers are gum paste, dress is MMF, stream is piping gel. TFL!

* The customer wanted a zebra cake for her daughter's first birthday, and was stuck as to what to do further! I asked her to send me pictures of her daughter's favourite stuffed animals, and have to admit I wasn't quite prepared for what she sent me - a handmade creation named Pierre and a white fuzzy named Binky. It was a fun challenge to put all the concepts together into a cake! She loved it. Chocolate cake with cookie dough buttercream and vanilla marshmallow fondant.
