Miss/little Miss Pageant Cake
This is a full sheet cake for good luck for a Miss/Little Miss Pageant. The two tiaras are royal icing and so are the roses. The peanuts are candy melts painted with luster dust. The reason for the peanuts is because it's the National Peanut Festival Pageant. The cake is vanilla buttercream torted (never again will I try to torte 12 x 18-inch cakes.

50Th Anniversary
Wilton 3-tiered stand. This one holds up so much better than the styrofoam one! The 10-inch cake is french vanilla with bavarian filling. The 8-inch ones are coconut and almond cream cheese pound cake. The small flowers are fondant punches brushed with luster dust and the toppers are gumpaste. I saw a smilar design on a tiered wedding cake on this site but I can't remember who did it. It was lovely and I appreciate the idea.

All Stars Cake
This cake was done for an All-Stars baseball team. Their budget was $40.00 but the cake ended up being huge and heavy. The stars are fondant. The ribbons and medals are edible images of their real ones. The photo is edible of course and I wrote their names on the stars with a food writer. The colors of the team are red, white and blue so they wanted stick with all shades of that.
