Olaf cake with cupcakes
My own daugher's wedding cakes and I neglected to get close up pictures. Made three different cakes along with gluten free cupcakes for the 150 guests. Three tier white peony and hydrangeas is WASC with lemon filling, two tier roses cake was chocolate with caramel filling and smallest is coconut rum decorated with the printed sugar sheet portions of their invitation. Wished I had spent the time to get pictures but just a little busy the morning of her wedding! Took my first course on cake decorating 18 months ago and it was so worth the time practicing since to be able to make her cakes for this special day.

Bridal shower cake made at the request of the bride's mother who saw a cake like this on a wedding website. Wish I could give the original designer credit but I don't know where she got it from.
This is actually a cake for the groom's mother. The bride knew she wanted a traditional cake to go with the cupcakes for the wedding so had me make her a small cake with a vintage shabby chic theme. Rough buttercream with dusted royal icing flowers and leaves.

Birthday cake for my new daughter-in-law (23 yrs) celebrated on the same day as my mother-in-law (82yrs). Had to be very different so went to a black and white theme with a fashion flower. So busy that day with 15 folks for dinner that the picture is not great. Chocolate with coffee and kaluha buttercream and dark chocolate ganache covered in black and white fondant. Simple birthday cake to match the colour scheme of the event. Banana cake with banana rum filling covered with dark chocolate ganache and decorated with large fondant medallions with black sugar pearls.
Made this cake for my son's wedding and it is the largest cake I have ever made. 6" tier is coconut, 8" tier is WASC, 10" tier is chocolate, 12" tier is pink champagne. Used the cascading rose petal cakes as an inspiration but placed three roses each cascading petals instead of just one. Thanks for looking. Was a labour of love!

I got the inspiration for this cake from the beautiful cake done in these same colours on the CC site earlier this week. Cake is coconut with coconut buttercream and flowers, etc all made in fondant. Unfortunately the cake sagged a bit when I came home to find my central air had broken down and I came home to find my house hot! It was for a close friend so she was still thrilled.
