Easter bunny cupcake. Saw the idea online and made one each for my niece and nephew . It is butter cake, white icing, fondant ears, M&M nose and eyes. Comments welcome!!
This is a Peep Sunflower cake that I believe was first featured in a Taste of Home magazine. I just added a fondant stem and leaves. The cake is a 10-inch round; in the middle of the flower are mini Hershey Kisses. It was for my sister's birthday, which is near Easter, and because she is a Peep-aholic, she was psyched.
I made this cake for a friend who is from Brazil. She was missing her homeland and I thought this would cheer her up! I used white Wilton icing over the cake and then fondant for the flag parts (except the stars and the writing, which is white icing)
