This is a Peep Sunflower cake that I believe was first featured in a Taste of Home magazine. I just added a fondant stem and leaves. The cake is a 10-inch round; in the middle of the flower are mini Hershey Kisses. It was for my sister's birthday, which is near Easter, and because she is a Peep-aholic, she was psyched.
