These are upside down cupcakes with a buttercream filling covered with the chocolate and cream recipe. My first time using it, I was happy although I think if I had time I would either have let it cool more before coating or do a second coat. White chocolate crowns on top.

This was a last minute order last night. Since we're in Carolina territory, I couldn't pass it up. Wish I could have spent more time on the cup part, had trouble getting the fondant smooth underneath.

This was a carrot cake, cream cheese frosting for a groom who had his lifetime sportsman license. I had a difficult time smoothing the frosting, it doesn't crust!
I have struggled with roses for many, MANY years and finally used the suggestion of using a kiss for the base. What a difference it makes! French vanill cake with ganache filling

This is the whole table set up. Two satellites were chocolate with raspberry IMBC, all cakes were covered with IMBC.
The groom wanted his/her footprints on a beach as well as their dog's! The sand was brown sugar, easier to put the footprints into.

A giant thanks to thecakemaker's posting on how to make this cake. Mine doesn't quite to her picture justice, but another new cake to say I've done.
The picture just doesn't do the size justice. My full size sheet board was not big enough, so off to the garage I go looking for a substitute. I came up with my daughter's skimmer board for the beach. It's even egg shaped AND very strong! A fun cake to do, but the hair made my hand a bit sore after some time.
Not my favorite design, but this was the bride's choice. I did get a chance to make my roses out of starburst candy. It took a long time, wish I could master making them out of icing!

A friend wanted me to try my original pink sweater in a boy's version. I tried to mimick the smocking front under the sailboats.
