This is my version of the JFK inspired wedding cake. The top tier represents Jackie's beautiful taffeta wedding dress, the middle her pearls, and the bottom the scrolls from her original wedding cake. It is topped with an Orchid spray. The photo was taken by my friend, an amazing photographer, Nadine Urioste.
My dad passed away on February 27th and before he died he asked me to please enter a cake contest. he said he knew that I had some real talent and said that I should at least try... so this cake is for him. love you daddy!
