Sponge Bob for my cousins 3rd birthday...Cake is strawberry with a strawberry mousse. I am not comfortable using bc but they do not like fondant so i had to wing it! I have some spots where my cake showed through that i need to touch up this morning. Figures are made out of gumpaste as were the "suckers" and all details on top of cake. Probably should have used 50/50 because the figures dried too fast and started to crack on me. Oh well a learing experience! Thanks for looking!

This is a cake i made for my sister in-laws baby shower. Top tier was chocolate cake with a marshmallow and cream cheese frosting (paula deans recipe) bottom tier was pink and white marble cake with a stawberry mousse. The belly cake was lemon cake with raspberry mousse ( i used the moist lemon cake recipe here on this site and it was to die for!! I also used the raspberry mousse recipe on here but i added instant pudding) My cake settled and i could not fix it no matter what i did! So the over all look of the cake was not my favorite

This cake was made for the company i work for in honor of the National Day of Rememberance. Since it was made for the ex- nuclear/uranium workers, we felt that yellow cake would be the best for this cake! (Yellow cake is what they called the powder that was produced from the uranium ores) It was a big hit!
